Participating in the Arts has shown us there are huge benefits for mental health service users and people with disabilities.

Our extensive experience includes long term project work at Meadowfields Mental Health Unit and Cherrytees Alzheimer Group. We have also facilitated a variety of younger mental health groups involved in the York City Art Gallery's "Territories" project.

People have had a lot of fun and their confidence has blossomed before our eyes.
